Green Matte Rebel Kitchen

David and Sara, a young couple from Downtown Chicago, approached the Corner team with an important request. They had been planning a kitchen remodel in their apartment for quite some time but couldn’t find a reliable contractor. David came across Corner through Google Maps, Sara looked at the company's available designs, and so they began their partnership. David and Sara knew exactly what they wanted to change in their kitchen: to make the room bigger and more spacious and modernize it with new appliances and convenient functionality. Sara found one of Corner's kitchen designs, Rebel, on a website and suggested they remodel the kitchen like this. A strikingly minimal gallery-like space, in a listed building, referencing the tanneries of Dickensian London. Dan Hazeldean Once surrounded by the leather tanneries of Dickensian Whitechapel, this artisan dwelling was originally built as a lodge for a tanner and his family. Designed in 1864 by pioneering architect Henry Roberts and now Grade 2 listed, the lodge gives a rare insight into architecture now scarce in east London. Part derelict by the 1970’s and threatened with demolition, the building was saved, but most original features were removed and modernised. Cloistered, intricate home by Israelevitz Architects celebrates the beauty of concrete and glass

Cloistered, intricate, and slightly hidden from view, this family home in Israel by Dan and Hila Israelevitz features a tension between interior and exterior and extensive use of authentic materials, being primarily concrete. Oded Smadar Located on two acres of land, and measuring 500 square meters over one floor, floating slabs of concrete comprise the path leading up to the property, which is entered through a wall of wooden dividers. Visitors to the home discover an expansive and luscious garden with an enormous reflective pool behind the sleek façade.
