The project consists of a large lateral patio which is surrounded by an L-shape building. The building was originally the convent of San Francisco and was converted into a water factory in the XIX century. The ruin was transformed into a modern hotel locating the common areas on the main level and the guest rooms in the first and second floors. From the fourth level spectacular views of the city can be enjoyed. The amenities located in this area are open to the public. Under a sharpen roof the old machinery from the factory time was left to decorate and contrast with the old building and the contemporary renovation. More

Residential and commercial building that was constructed in three phases. The whole project was conceived as a result of the architectural lines characteristic of the area. The first phase is a 16 level building with a total of 80 apartments with commercial premises on the ground floor combined with a 10 level parking building that already existed in the lot and was just remodeled and reinforce for the new use. The second phase is an 18 level building with 2 underground levels for parking. And the third phase is an 18 and a half levels building with a total of 395 apartments. This is a very ambitious project planned to contain an ample spectrum of cultural activities. The location is a house that was built in 1907 and is now catalogued as historical monument. This renovated building is at present a school, library, Cultural Center and restaurant. The outstanding feature of the project is the integration of a clear sealing 10 meters high that makes a glass box supported in four columns. The light and transparent structure combines with the new functions of the space not hiding the original architecture of the house. The glass hanging facades open to the garden integrating perfectly the interior with the exterior. More
