The project transforms a 1960s bowstring-truss warehouse into a 42,000-square-foot medical facility. The site is located at the southern end of Gwangjin Bridge, on a trapezoidal plot that had long been left undeveloped. The road in front, known as "Cheonho-dong Tool Street," is somewhat bustling, but once the building is completed, it will offer a picturesque view of the Han River framed by Achasan Mountain. The front and rear roads, with a 3.6-meter elevation difference, allow for easy underground parking without additional excavation. Located in the beautiful Taibai Lake New District of Jining, China, the ambitious project includes an elaborate commercial complex across an elevated park, Highland Park, from three iconic museums and a library. The Deux Rives project is the largest development project in Strasbourg since the Neustadt was built between 1871 and 1918. Aim is to redesign the Strasbourg-Kehl axis and to realise a transnational two-shore metropolis. The Dock 1 construction site on the Rhine Canal (Petit Rhin) marks the prelude of the redesign of the “Citadelle” harbour district.
