In this project,From the first, it was demanded to replace the main zones of the apartment. For example, a big space of the existing kitchen was taken up by bathroom. our client made the demands fully consciously with the right understanding of the space and we only tried to look at them in our point of view to fulfill what was demanded. There was a major problem and that was the long corridor with a short ceiling at the beginning of the entrance. Located to the east of Tehran,Iran in a harsh industrial setting, Steel Form Factory’s multi-purpose building is aimed at providing a pleasant space fulfilling several functions, comprising of two offices, two residential units, a showroom and several locker rooms.When the architects were commissioned the job, the first floor structure was implemented and the team was asked to design within a tight budget, fulfilling several functions in a small land. Laico is a brand containing multiple sub-brands with various products, hence to design Laico central store, each group of products need various stands with different forms. The store is giant and hard to perceive. Numerous columns, irregular layout, illegibility of the space makes the user confused through the space.Client: I cannot see where the space ends. I want my every product to be seen.
