The Mallard Creek residence is influenced by site features that include a wetland with a stream, a lake surrounded by an agrarian alfalfa field and impressive views of Long’s Peak. A long stone wall provides a reference datum that links both public and private, indoor and outdoor spaces into a cohesive whole. The house is organized around a sunrise court to the east which gazes upon the lake and a sunset court to the west to take advantage of mountain views. The Brookline Modern residence in Massachusetts embodies sophisticated architecture that provides comfortable, multi-generational living through efficient usage of space, form, and reserved finishes, all while minimizing energy consumption.   Paired living spaces on the first and second levels find expression in the asymmetrical windows that wrap the corners of the house. Aura is a business center located in Nur-Sultan`s rapidly developing area. The business center Aura and its interior were entirely designed and specified by INK Architects.  The combination of cubism fine art movement and the interpretation of the traditions of classical architecture are used in the composition of the design project. The primary emphasis is on the expressiveness of linear rhythms and light-color combinations of forms. Jason Speth Guests coming up the front steps of this hilltop home are met with a Carrera marble sculpture by Richard Erdman, titled Serenade, selected by our clients, whose devotion to the process made this an especially joyful collaboration. Also part of the team were Robert Wright and Jason York of McCormick and Wright, who did the interior design and were a distinct pleasure to work with. There are a lot of details and non-standard finishes in this house - personal taste, not trendy taste. The dark-grey rough stacked-slate exterior is capped with crisply contrasting white stucco. Caption   Our clients for this project were a family intent upon staying closely connected even while moving to a considerably larger home. This was accomplished with the use of energy efficient glass walls throughout, an open floor plan, and sight lines between floating levels and rooms allowing the family members to stay connected visually throughout the space.
