The office redesign for Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott introduces innovative working methods and enhances the employee and visitor experience by blending hospitality and high-end residential design into a modern, equitable workplace. Moving to a new space across two levels at Bankers Hall in Calgary, the firm sought to update its office to better reflect its identity and reputation. A standout feature of the redesign is using Banker M44-2 decorative wire mesh throughout the space, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication. From the very beginning the project involved a thorough reconfiguration of the premise we had. We reduced the area that was earlier designed for the bathroom and created a console in which, in addition to the bathroom, we arranged a kitchenette. This is a luxurious renovation of a large detached Victorian villa in NW3 Belsize Park, North London. We were approached to transform a dilapidated property with 2 flats into a single-family dwelling. This included major works that only retained the four elevations with a new superstructure with services and a complete internal re-modelling of the property with a double garage. The brief was to create a contemporary home for a family of three with a drawing room, media room, open-plan kitchen, dining space, playroom, bespoke garden, wine cellar and five double bedrooms and bathrooms. INSIDE NATURE HOUSE

    This space is an extension of an existing house. We`ve considered of importance to link the exterior to the interior, and this was done not only by using glazing surfaces, but also by bringing the façade elements (wooden lamellas) inside, on the ceiling. The resulting geometry was also emphasized on the interior floor surface, where we used the same nuance and wood essence. In the vertical plane these intersect with two types of ambient lighting assemblies- a printed, illuminated glass panel and, on the other way, a series of black tubes illuminated at the bottom.  Complementary to the neutral finishes, for dynamics, we`ve intervened with colored elements in yellow and blue shades.  More
