Located steps from the Atlantic Ocean on Long Island, Surf Shack is a refined interpretation of the suburban American Dream. This project involved the renovation of an existing traditional cottage and the addition of a pool and a guest/pool house. The house on the slope is a project of a modern single-family house with an area of ​​just over 250m2 including a two-car garage. The villa designed by the RESE Architekci studio by Piotr Zabłocki is located on an irregular, elongated plot. The northern border of the plot is an almost 7m high escarpment. This escarpment, or rather the attractive view that stretches below it, has been the main asset of the property from the very beginning.
