It stands near the Foz, between the Ocean and the City Park, where the city begins to loosen its grip. Eight apartments, each across two floors, compose a building whose volumes open to landscape, let nature enter, and return to the inhabitant a horizon once lost. Every unit has its own vertical life: independent entrance, private elevator, an autonomy that brings each home close to the logic of a private house.
