There is a particular quality to the light that arrives from the Atlantic at this edge of Porto: unhurried, generous, carrying the weight of open water. Boavista Housing was designed to receive it. Brighton Apartments reimagines multi-residential living with a bold yet sensitive design that supports three generations of one family. Conceived as an “open nest,” the project allows each household to live independently while remaining closely connected — a contemporary reinterpretation of intergenerational living that balances autonomy, care, and togetherness.
