Student Life Pavilion E1
Completed in 1959, the former student social centre at the heart of the Université de Sherbrooke campus was originally designed to house the university administration and a cafeteria. Over time, it gradually became home to student life services, the general management, health, psychology and counselling services, as well as financial aid and student associations, without any major rethinking of the spaces. By the late 2010s, the building had become outdated and poorly adapted to contemporary student needs.

The DCB Montana office building marks the first significant step in transforming the Moste industrial zone into a dynamic business district in Ljubljana, the Slovenian capital. DCB Montana is a key element in converting this area into a business park. The architects at BAX, the creators of this project, are fully aware of this premise and have emphasized raising local standards in urban, architectural, and sustainability criteria. This approach aligns with the flexibility required by new ways of working and, as an intrinsic part of the architectural impact, seeks to enrich the surrounding environment by enhancing its connection to public space.

Bulgarian Army Stadium Reconstruction
The rconstruction of the Bulgarian Army Stadium that has managed to unite football fans and the general public in Bulgaria.
IPA - Architecture and more is the chosen architectural team tasked with bringing CSKA's ambitious vision of its own modern and multifunctional sports facility to life, meeting both current and new UEFA requirements.
An important part of the project is revitalizing the area, enhancing the nearby infrastructure, elevating the surrounding spaces, and establishing new areas for recreation and relaxation. The plan includes allocating 40 decares for free use in Borisova Garden Park by separating green areas and alleys and planting over 300 new trees.
