The urban hive: a vertical eco village
The Urban Hive is a vertical eco-village that redefines collective housing by combining productive landscapes, resource efficiency, and shared social infrastructure. Set within a dense urban context, it responds to key challenges such as urban growth, food insecurity, and water scarcity through a self-sustaining and community-oriented living model.
The project is organized as a multi-storey structure that accommodates diverse residents while maintaining a clear environmental logic. It uses low-impact materials, passive design strategies, and renewable energy systems to reduce its ecological footprint, while balancing private dwellings with shared communal spaces.

Modi'in Multi-Purpose Hall
The Modi'in Multi-Purpose Hall is a project that started with a question - what public building does Modi'in - the young city founded in 1996 - need in the heart of its new center? Our answer was a center of entertainment and culture that would allow diverse activities at all hours of the day, on Modi'in's way to a vibrant and bustling city.

The multi-purpose hall includes a gallery and an automatic telescopic seating system that can accommodate 400 seats for repertory theater and dance performances or be assembled within a few minutes and clear the floor for music shows, standing concerts for up to 800 people, or an event hall. Dolce Sitges
The brief comprised converting three contiguous rooms into a single room so that it could be used for large office meeting events or weddings while maintaining the option of using them separately. The fixed partitions that separated the central room from the adjacent rooms needed to be replaced by mobile phones that could allow their movement, while maintaining the current capacity if the Hotel required it.

The appearance of the rooms is simple as the design do not want to distract the users of the event that going to take place. The aim was to design a naked box that the companies or wedding couples could dress up according to their needs, spicing the room up with their branding and display.

Apart-hotel Svatý Vavřinec
The suite houses were built on the lot of a former store from the 80s. Four of the houses are located on the „meadow“ - a green roof above the shops in the parterre of the building. The space between the individual houses offers views of the far horizons of the mountain meadows. The atmosphere among these houses is intimate but neighbourly. The roof garden covers commercial spaces and garages.The mountain town and ski resort Pec pod Sněžkou originated from the earlier original buildings in the valley, that expanded toward the surrounding hills.
