ZOË Amsterdam
ZOË Amsterdam is a nature-inclusive apartment complex that creates new living spaces amid a habitat for animals and plants. Balancing the needs of both nature and people in the city, it presents a new, sustainable model for future-proof densification within urban areas. Robustly designed, with a building set at different heights, ZOË Amsterdam will be located within the Sluisbuurt area of Amsterdam. Engelse Park development adapts to its location with a subdued yet distinctive design approach
Situated at the historical border of Groningen (NL), Engelse Park by Bedaux de Brouwer Architecten comprises 95 homes distributed within three equal building blocks in a park-like landscape. Parking, carports, and storage rooms are accommodated within the blocks and hidden within courtyards so that only greenspace and narrow public footpaths are found outside.

The complex is bounded by the DUO tower by UN Studio, the Sterrenbox, the new Station Europapark, and the city's historic Helpman District, the latter of which inspired an architecture of brick with bay windows, balconies and traditional windows translated into a contemporary form with a modern expression.
