Our solution was to transform the "in-between spaces" into communal areas and meeting zones. These spaces allow teams to gather in various configurations based on project needs and requirements. The entire interior is crafted to facilitate spontaneous interaction and communication.

New Work Loksite
ACTINCOMMON was tasked with the design and interior fit-out of an office space accommodating nearly 500 employees. Collaborating closely with the Corporate Real Estate department, we developed an innovative, modular office concept spanning six floors. By incorporating sustainable materials, biophilic design, and natural elements, we created vibrant, dynamic spaces that enhance employee well-being and creativity.

For our offices we choose mainly the Radiafloor panel with a calcium sulphate core and different types of top covering.

For the entrance and the offices area, we choose a panel type G30HAK, dimension 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm, composed by 30 mm thickness calcium sulphate density 1.500 kg/m³, aluminium foil on bottom side with top covering grès porcelain Casalgrande Padana collection Stonewash, colour Grey. On the bottom side there is the module for the radiant heating. Each module is joined to the other by a plug-in coupling and then the system is connected by the thermo-hydraulic professional to the heating pump, in order to guarantee the heating and cooling all the year.
