Upper West Side Pre-War Co-Op Renovation
When we were enlisted for this co-op renovation on the Upper West Side, the dated pre-war space needed some work. The family recently purchased the Manhattan home near Broadway with the intention of reinvigorating the spacious property without losing the historic character. With a speciality in pre-war renovations in NYC, we were happily up for the challenge.

Central Park West Penthouse
Studio ST Architects renovated a pre-war Manhattan penthouse apartment to accommodate a multi-generational, Asia-based family and highlight the wrap-around views of Central Park. Studio ST Architects collaborated with interior designer Atelier + Concept to create a classy and fresh interior which mixes “high” and “low” cost elements.

NYC Loft Renovation
Located in a historic downtown New York building, this loft has a challenging long and narrow shape, and the clients had a complex set of requirements: Both husband and wife work from home, they frequently entertain large groups, and they often have overnight guests. In addition to the kitchen, dining room, living room and master suite, the program included his and her offices, a den, a guestroom, a sitting/TV room, a second guest space, and space for a large book collection. The challenge was to accommodate all these functions within the tight 2,200-square-foot space.
