Shopping Mall and Office Center Kineskop
Shopping Mall and Office Center Kineskop is located in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv, Ukraine, within a former industrial area undergoing gradual transformation. Like many industrial zones that once occupied the outskirts of expanding cities, the site is now surrounded by new residential development as industrial activities relocated to peripheral areas. This transition has altered the environmental and urban conditions of the district, opening opportunities for mixed-use infrastructure that supports residential growth.

Office center “STONE Savelovskaya”
The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional space for a comfortable stay in dense urban areas. The space of the operated roof are included in the common space. The site is filled with functional elements, fountains, street furniture and greenery.

The Technological & Scientific Center
Technological-scientific center “Tatneft” was built in 2020 on the territory of Innovation center Skolkovo. Techno-cluster Skolkovo is an ambitious governmental project, created in a rural area on the border of Moscow. It unites idea of the “futuropolis” and Silicon Valley. According to the idea of ex-president Dmitry Medvedev and his team, Skolkovo had to become a unique urban area, designed according to actual scientific, urban and architectural tendencies. There are headquarters of companies, gymnasium, university, residential area and public spaces created by top Russian architects.
