Revitalising a 90s office tower in Guangzhou’s CBD, this project bridges heritage with modernity. The transformed lobby, featuring fluid landscaping that mirrors the bronzed canopy creates an intuitive arrival sequence. Strategic lighting enhances the renewed façade, while interiors combine Sekoya marble, bronze, walnut and limestone in a contemporary tribute to Fengshui principles. S-OASIS is a mixed-used high-rise building development in Bangkok with approximately 53,000 square meters area of space. Architectkidd was commissioned by Singha Estate Public Company to design the interior for the 31-storey complex that consists of offices, retail and public areas. After creating two successful Tap Rooms serving their craft brewing innovations, we partnered with The Boston Beer Company again – this time to transform their corporate office. Boston Beer asked us to help them create a more cohesive office environment that would connect and showcase their brands while fostering community and collaboration in their home base. To provide a show-stopping lobby experience in commercial office building 4747 Bethesda, located in Bethesda, Maryland, ZGF Architects created a dramatic staircase feature wall utilizing Banker Wire mesh pattern SZ-4 in stainless steel and copper. “In regards to the wire mesh finish, the combination of the copper and stainless steel is not only unique, but sophisticated,” says Ruben Quesada, designer, ZGF Architects “The high quality of the material warrants a front-of-house application; this mesh should not be hidden.” The reception desk of the lobby is set against the backdrop feature wall comprised of Banker Wire’s SZ-4 wire mesh, fabricated by Synergi. Epic Investment Services commissioned me to photograph the renovation of the lobby at 33 Bloor Street East in Toronto, 30 years after the building first opened. The renovationr reimagined the lobby, as well as the retail spaces.    It was important to capture the various aspects of the renovation: frontage on two different streets, retail spaces, main lobby, and elevator lobby. Highlighting the features of the spaces was key, as well as the different connections: two street entrances, one neighboring building and the subway stop entrance.
