White Office Building Project. The designed structure of the building is a compact form consisting of two cuboids stacked on top of each other, close in plan dimensions, rotated 90 degrees relative to each other, and additionally shifted. Breaking the uniform cuboid emphasizes a different function for the ground floor compared to the first and second floors. Additionally, these two volumes are distinguished by the finish of the facades. Office Park is developed at the transition between an industrial complex and suburban housing. The project organised the site in long strips running from north to south: a green buffer zone facing the suburban neighbourhood, a strip of parking, an 80-meter-long building zone, and a ditch for natural water infiltration along the side of the main road.  Johnny Umans Four cores are placed within a simple structure sitting in the building zone. Padeborn is the oldest town in East Westphalia (Germany), it was already an important transport hub in the 8th century. Hoor office building design started as a revision for the existing structure of the project. The program was about designing double height commercial spaces at the ground floor and office units on the top floors. The subject is the design of a group of buildings for Kumport Port Services and Logistics Industry Trade Co. with a total of 6.000 square meters while rethinking the port and facilities. Headquarters, maintenance facilities and workshops and storage areas determine the main components of the design.The open space of 126.000 square meters in total, is split between customs and duty-free areas. The main visual characteristic of functions such as entry and exit of goods, is a space filled with containers.
