An architectural design for a store and apartments.
Living in old & new
On Nieuwlandstraat in Tilburg stood a building whose historical façade had long been concealed.
Given that this street is filled with historic buildings, we decided to restore the old façade to its original state.

Mini-neighborhood
Only the entrance to the shop is located at the front. The residences are all accessed from the rear of the building.
In this way, we aim to bring life to the rear area, creating two distinct worlds: the shopping street at the front and the mini-neighborhood at the rear.

Apartamento Louvre
Situated in the iconic Louvre Building, designed by the São Paulo architect João Artacho Jurado in the 1950s, we proposed the almost complete demolition of the existing masonry in the apartment, reorganizing the space, bringing openness, and adapting the program to contemporary dynamics. We aimed to pay homage to this symbolic building by using its colors in the project's composition.

A House - Building of one Family Detached House in Badalona
The project of this Mediterranean villa, due to the request of the owners, is to combine modern architecture with recovered and recycled elements into a new-old harmonious contrast. The house is a second home with low maintenance and easy living, tailored to their owners. A place to escape looking for relax and tranquility at any time of year. It is an efficient housing: it only has invested in what their owners need, eliminating unnecessary rooms or materials. Collaboration between owners and architects began choosing the best plot to build the house. A flat elevated plot with distant sea views and next to a green area. The building focuses on landscapes of the sea and the near forest getting the most daylight hours. All the main rooms of... More
