The assignment consisted in the refurbishment of a small flat located in the historic centre of Seville, with a surface area of 55m2. The external façade of the building is in front of a small square facing south, so the spaces most used during the day were turned towards it. This rehabilitation project of the building and the surrounding space of the Municipal Market of Braga, respected the memory and the primordial function of the building. @ngphoto.com.pt The new roof serves as a unifying element for all the activity in this space, with a metallic aluminum structure to support the upper cladding in glass and the lower cladding in wood. @ngphoto.com.pt The N15000 curtain wall with thermal break was applied to the entire roof of the building. The Day Care Center "Corte Busca" is inspired by Lombard architecture classical canons. Thanks to the using of bricks, giant pillars - typical of the Brianza farmhouses - and round arches.   The Day Care Center "Corte Busca" is located in the historical context of Lomagna, Brianza hills, Lecco Province, Italy. It's a sanitary and assistance center for the elderly, and part of the network of social assistance services. GOALS: To integrate into the current and still growing urban structure of the right bank of Neris river in Vilnius by the use of architectural solutions. To get closer to the river by discreet and moderate means. To form a chamber environment by the spatial structure and height. To create an object that would attract tourists. To preserve valuable sprouts. CONCEPT: A frame, which interprets the painting, in the long run would become active, recognizable and prominent symbol in the city. The history of gastropub (a bar and restaurant that serves high-end beer and food) location itself, demanded to make specific interior design decisions. It is located in Rotuses square, in the heart of Kaunas city oldtown by the Communication History Museum. The museum is housed in the former 19th century postal buildings. In 1825 a Mail Department was set up there with a post office, mail coaches, stables and lodging rooms for passengers.
