The result is a workplace that is bold, vibrant, and full of personality, reflecting the energy of a dynamic team while creating an environment that supports how they connect, collaborate, and move through their workday. The colours, spatial experience, and character of the environment reinforces their identity while giving people a setting in which they can do their best work; it is a space they can call theirs.

A new global research and development facility for AstraZeneca, The Discovery Centre (DISC) is located in Cambridge, UK, on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the landmark glass building is positioned in a central campus location where it is intended to serve as a key point of exchange and collaboration with numerous members of the Cambridge Life Science community that includes the University of Cambridge, the Medical Research Council, and Cancer Research UK.
