Bringing this workplace to life was a collaborative effort between the Scalable, Co-labs Coworking, and Razorpay Curlec teams, with a shared goal of creating an environment that feels distinctly representative of the people who inhabit it.

The result is a workplace that is bold, vibrant, and full of personality, reflecting the energy of a dynamic team while creating an environment that supports how they connect, collaborate, and move through their workday. The colours, spatial experience, and character of the environment reinforces their identity while giving people a setting in which they can do their best work; it is a space they can call theirs. 

Inspired by Razorpay’s global headquarters in India, Razorpay Curlec’s workplace brings the same vibrant energy into a setting shaped around how its team works throughout the day.

Open workstations form the heart of the office, encouraging spontaneous collaboration and easy interaction between colleagues. This openness is supported by ample meeting rooms, giving teams the freedom to gather when they need to without having to scramble for a space. Across the workplace, otherwise empty walls become opportunities for expression, brought to life with inspirational quotes that add character while keeping the team motivated throughout the day.

Overhead, the exposed ceiling is finished in white to heighten the sense of space and bring a touch of visual calm, balancing the vibrant colours and textures found throughout the interior.

While collaboration plays a big part in the workplace, so does having somewhere to retreat. Private phone booths positioned at either end of the office offer a quieter setting for focused work and calls, providing a moment away from the energy of the open workspace.

Even the structural columns are put to work. Rather than leaving them as purely functional elements, high stools create informal perches around them, offering the team a change of scenery whenever they feel like stepping away from their usual desks. Together, these different settings give Razorpay Curlec’s team the freedom to choose how and where they work, creating a workplace that feels energetic, flexible and distinctly their own.
