Palm jumeirah

Located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, this villa renovation transforms an existing beachfront property into a contemporary family residence shaped by light, water, privacy, and a precise black-and-white architectural language. The project begins with a new arrival sequence. Tall white architectural volumes frame a recessed black entrance wall, where the main door is concealed within vertical dark cladding. Rounded exterior corners soften the façade and introduce a sculptural detail that continues inside the home. The entrance courtyard was planned with pale paving, shaped planting beds, white gravel, dark mulch, mature trees, low shrubs, and slim black landscape lighting, creating a clear transition from the street to the private inter...
