Panoramic Glazing

Completed in 2023 in the Istra District of the Moscow Region, Graphite is a 516 m² private residence where the exposed Fachwerk frame defines the architecture. Glued laminated timber posts and beams form a precise grid for panoramic glazing, while structural steel connections are concealed within the timber elements to preserve the clarity of the construction. KATAN A double-height living and dining area opens onto a 108 m² terrace and the surrounding pine and birch landscape.
