DWTN Residences

The tower is imagined as a “vertical haven” — a sculptural 110-storey landmark where urban vibrancy rises into calm, sky-bound living. Instead of a single, uniform experience, the design unfolds as a sequence of atmospheric layers: an active Urban Oasis at the podium, a quiet Serenity Haven above it, a social Collective, an ultra-luxurious Sky Mansion, and a luminous Sky Pinnacle at the crown. Together, these stacked worlds create a vertical sanctuary, offering residents places to retreat, to connect, and to experience life in all its richness high above the city. Willa Makowski Groń

Makowski Groń is a residence sculpted by the dramatic mountain landscape. A strong, geometric form cuts into the slope, anchoring the house firmly to the terrain and creating a powerful architectural silhouette. Designed as an interplay of mass, light, and topography, the project embraces the raw energy of its surroundings while offering calm, sheltered spaces within. Flye 1389 by Knut Hjeltnes offers panoramic views of the Norwegian landscape

Set atop a barren plain at the highest point of the road across Valdresflye, Flye 1389, designed by Knut Hjeltnes, encourages passers-by to pause, admire and celebrate the Norwegian alpine landscape. A terrain distinctive with small lakes and moss-covered rocks carried and deposited by the glacier, Valdresflye is vulnerable to adverse weather, with strong gusts from the west. Sigurd Fandango Enveloped in an ore-pine weatherboard cladding and three-layered spruce panels, the design boldly reflects nature’s stark dynamics. McLean Quinlan placed an understated home on a clearing amongst the Aspen and Pine. The house is positioned to take in long views across Wyoming’s Snake River Valley and the mountains beyond.
