Skyline Modern Luxury Apartment in Budapest
SKYLINE is a project of an apartment located in Budapest’s prestigious Buda Hills district. Crafted for a family with three kids, the residence features panoramic windows and terraces that offer breathtaking views of the historic heart of the city.The collaboration with the clients was seamless, as this was our second project together. Visualizations were approved on the first try, leading as result to creating a home that is both timeless and deeply personal. Two years in the making, SKYLINE is filled with thoughtful details and bespoke features.

House C is set within a rural landscape to the southwest of Coyhaique, on a gently sloping 5,000 m² site. Strategically positioned, the project seeks to harmonize architectural design with the natural features of the terrain, while framing sweeping views of Mount Mackay—one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Pollux Refuge
In Patagonia, Aysén, on a narrow rural terrain of 200 x 30 meters, located on Lake Pollux southeast of Coyhaique City, the Pollux Refuge is located, designed for family and recreational rest; on holidays, weekends and fishing seasons, which is one of the main activities of the place, due to the presence of salmonid species such as “Rainbow Trout”.

Located in the Llanquihue Lake basin, the project is immersed in an extensive slope of green fields and vestiges of an agricultural past. The sheds that are still preserved, give a touch of melancholy that maintains the tradition and history of colonization in the area, and that together with the view of the lake and volcanoes, becomes the main premise of the project.
An essential part of the project was to find a balance between these elements and maintain the morphology of the terrain, perching on a metal structure that transmits the quality of the stage and at the same time focuses on the daily comfort of its inhabitants.
