An unconventional redevelopmentWith La Fondation, PCA-STREAM has radically transformed an unconventional complex—comprising an above-ground car park and a 1960s building—by breathing new life into it. The firm opted for a major redevelopment, designed to preserve the building’s charm whilst endowing it with the qualities of a contemporary structure. The complex featured a striking spiral ramp, spacious industrial-style volumes, large open-plan areas, and interesting materials such as concrete, brick and ironwork… all elements characteristic of a neo-industrial style favoured by creative professionals, and reflected in the unconventional office spaces sought after by innovative companies.
