In creating Solis, designer Carmine Deganello set out to engage with light in its archetypal form: the sun’s rays. The resulting piece is an engaging blend of light and shadows, casting shimmering rays and radiating patterns onto a space. The effect is a sense of weightlessness — and a redefined environment that invites a new kind of relationship with the light source. A suspension lamp made of lightweight polyester fabric and stainless steel, Solis can be used as a pendant, hung from a wall, or as a freestanding, portable luminaire. More

The inspiration for the Mistress lamp has nothing to do with material objects, but is dictated by feelings from contemplation of the wild energy of a woman's independent spirit: her cold-blooded power, at the dawn of success. The Brixham Large Drum Light is part of a wood lighting range that comes in several styles of varying sizes. The design of the drum light shade uses wooden slats based on the look of traditional crab pots which led us to name the lighting range after the well-known fishing town of Brixham in Devon. Made from sustainably sourced birch ply, the hand-finished wooden ceiling lights are available in several finishes including an oak veneer. The large Margot metal pendant light is hand-made using precision machinery. The spun aluminium lamp shades are created by spinning a metal plate at high speed on a lathe while the metal light shade is formed around a mould using an integrated hand tool. It was this spinning process that gave rise to us naming our latest ceiling light after the famous ballet dancer Margot Fonteyn. The spun metal pendant lights would suit a variety of commercial interiors with the large pendant light available in plain aluminium with a lacquered finish or in a custom colour of your choice.
