My Front Yard

My Front Yard is a retail community that utilizes space that is traditionally neglected in commercial architecture. By prioritizing roof tops, open-air circulation and neighborhood planning, the project avoids the monolithic "big box" retail approach for decentralized, low-rise pavilions that invite exploration and curiosity. Architectkidd Situated in front of a hillside in Phuket, the layout of My Front Yard utilizes a non-linear arrangement of buildings. By breaking the retail program into smaller blocks, Architectkidd created a series of courtyards and landscaped pockets. Tree O'clock — Villa Qabalah

 A local firm, Studio Locomotive, pursues a gentler urban adaptation for its home island, Phuket, with the placemaking of Tree O’clock activities hub, at a new-coming development Villa Qabalah. Beer Singnoi Tree O’clock comprises three coherent structures connecting shared facilities from a restaurant & bar, gallery hall, workshop, health studio, juristic office, and rooftop garden. The Base Height

Phuket’s well-known Sino Portuguese style shophouses have been a prominent feature of downtown Phuket for generations. This sparks inspiration for the project, to create a new residential space with a sense of traditional style. The Deck

The Deck is located within a walking-distance to the famous Patong beach, one of the most notable beaches in Phuket, Thailand. The project is a 7-storey condominium that has been separated into 2 buildings to create the maximum view of the surrounded sea and mountain and to enhance the outdoor living lifestyle among the natural environment.
