Minimal Pivot door can have a completely flat appearance without any visible rebate. Sash dimensions have been minimized to 39mm for doors ranging 5 meters in height. It can have a custom made multi lock system that is able to seal the door all the way to the top via multiple wedges and mushrooms.
Electric locking is also available to allow ease of access from outside via a remote, keypad or phone application. Various threshold designs are available including a hidden drainage gutter.
Electric Minimal Pivot system is available with top and bottom mounted motors for carrying out the rotational movement. Electric locking is also available as an option. More

A pivot hinge system by FritsJurgens consists of a pivot hinge in the bottom of the door and a top pivot in the top of the door or in the ceiling. The top pivot is the top side of the pivot point and anchors the pivot door in the ceiling.

Stealthpivot is a compact pivot hinge, that can be fitted inside virtually any door. The self-closing pivot hinge can be configured for both 180° and 360° swing operation. When fitted and installed, the hinge remains invisible, hence the name 'Stealth Pivot'.The pivot hinge is mounted straight on top of the finished floor and solid or reinforced ceiling surface, without the need for any built-in fixtures. The minimal anchoring with 2 bolts and plugs up to 4.5 cm depth allows for easy installation on any type of surface.
