Located within the historic Hembrugterrein, House A12 has been reimagined as a vibrant home for two families with children, marking a remarkable transformation from its origins as a military sanitary facility. Once a utilitarian structure serving personnel at a nearby shooting range, the 100-year-old building had stood decommissioned since 2003, awaiting a new purpose. Rollimarchini Architects and G8A Architects have designed a factory in Vietnam with three linear kilometers of stacked, green planters about its perimeter to naturally cool the building. Seville Penthouse

The flat is located in the Remedios neighbourhood in Seville. It is a penthouse with a large terrace that is definitely the main feature of the project.  The refurbishment of the dwelling seeks to recover the potential of the space and the natural light, as before the intervention the flat was dark and very partitioned. To achieve this, it was necessary to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection, placing the terrace at the centre of the operation. The predominantly daytime rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) were unified along the main façade. The Mutis hotel with Japanese aesthetics

The concept hotel "Mutis" located in Indonesia. This project represents our search for combinations of different stylistic directions. We experimented a lot with geometric shapes, materials and furniture. Caption Caption Project concept creation took about 2 months.One of the ideas of this project was to give people the opportunity to feel like a part of nature through location, natural materials, colors, art objects and interaction of plants with interior and architecture.We used artistic plaster in the interior, polished concrete on the floor, custom metal and wood panels on the walls. The plot features the extraordinary garden of an old house, the project explores a defragmentation of the programme by placing it along the strength of the immediate natural environment. The total volume demanded by programme requirements was disturbed, fragmented and then distributed alongside the garden. The volumes are connected through transitional spaces that frame views of the garden, encouraging the user to make pauses while moving through the house. Nutri Bowl, specialised in cold-pressed juices, and Nutri Bowl, pioneer in healthy to-go meals, are joining forces in a new roll-out concept. Ninetynine was asked to develop a modular, scalable shop-in-shop concept which resulted in an inverted island bar which brings the customer – and not the staff – to the heart of the brand-controlled environment.   The design is based on a grid of 40x30x30 cm blocks. The size literally refers to the optimal 40/30/30 - protein/carbohydrates/fat - ratio provided by the power series of Nutri Bowl. He commissioned flamingo architects to design a facility which can be temporarily inbuilt and can be shifted if needed.
