In a 1950s residential complex in the urban core of Trieste, the project renovates a compact 60-square-meter apartment. The original layout—characterized by rigid compartmentalization and disproportionate room dimensions—proved difficult to adapt to contemporary living.  Phase One: New floor plan For this charming apartment in Psychiko, Athens  I was asked to redesign the living room while maintaining the existing floor plan as much as possible. The original layout featured a separate entrance hall and a kitchen connected through a hallway that led to the private quarters. In the shared workspaces at RMIT School of Global Urban and Social Studies (GUSS) in Melbourne, our Koskisen has created a stylish yet relaxed space that is the ideal setting for creating thinking and collaborating.
