Skälbyskolan
The new SkälbySchool and Preschool is a trefoil shaped building, set in souterrain. The building divides the outside space into three parts; a schoolyard, a smaller yard for the preschool and a fully accessible entrance and car park. The new school replaces a previous school at the site.
The school derives its character and identity from a colour scheme that is present on the exterior as well as the interior;the colours of the buildings gables and windows are also found in the colours of the interior. Lidl - A sustainable store concept
Lidl, the chain store, has partnered with LINK arkitektur to create a new store concept that emphasises high sustainability. The first of these stores opened in Sigtuna Stadsängar in 2020 and has been certified to meet BREEAM Excellent standards.
After winning a land allocation competition, Lidl designed its store to comply with the city district's strict environmental and sustainability requirements. Key sustainability goals included ensuring that construction does not disrupt the area's rich biodiversity. To achieve this, we established ecozones around the building and incorporated a green roof. Lilla Alby School
As an addition to an existing school built in 1968 this extension has been designed to accommodate 180 students in elementary and middle school in addition to the previous 240 and provide new classrooms, staff areas, a cafeteria and a library. An important task in the layout of the whole school complex was to release as much space as possible for play and green areas in the school yard. In order to do so, the extension is divided into a slender five story brick building with a tight footprint, and another lighter volume that links the old and the new school together.

QUALITY HOTEL VIEW
Murman Architects won first prize in the interior design concept for the Quality Hotel View in march 2013.
The hotel recently opened its doors for the first hotel guests this year january 11 th.
The winning hotel concept breathes “Skåne”-landscape (the landscape in south of Sweden), such as the yellow canola fields,
newly plowed fields, white wash plastered facades and black timbered housings. Together with solid material as brass, steel and solid wood.
This is reflected in the color and material in a timeless contemporary spirit.
The hotel has 16 floors, in total 15,400 square meters and top floor suites with perhaps Skåne best view,
overlooking the Öresunds brigde and gazing towards Denmarks coastline.
