One year ago there was just an ancient and largely abandoned monastery, destined to a progressive degradation. Now, thanks to the province of Lucca and to an agreement signed in 2015 between the government of the province and the state domain, there is a new school, the high school for music “Passaglia”, situated in the ancient, historic centre of Lucca.It’s a place for music training in a city with a huge tradition in this field and that contributes to consolidate the identity and the vocation of Lucca, the city of music.
