Barratt Homes, in partnership with the London Borough of Barnet and Metropolitan Housing Trust, undertook a large project to rejuvenate the 1960’s West Hendon estate.  Barratt Metropolitan LLP was granted an outline planning consent by Barnet Council for the regeneration of the estate in 2013.
