The Yard | Dalian Cultural Center
The Yard | Dalian Cultural Center is a mixed-use creative development designed by Neri&Hu Design and Research Office, located in central Dalian, China, near several university campuses and software parks. The 9,800-square-metre site comprises six buildings constructed approximately 40 years ago, originally serving as offices, warehouses, and dormitories for a chemical research institute.

dMFK Architects gives Grade II* Listed Arts and Crafts factory building new lease of life
London-based dMFK Architects has restored and repurposed a former wallpaper factory in Chiswick, west London. Designed by C. F. A. Voysey, an English architect and proponent of the Arts & Crafts movement, the 1902 building has been given a new lease of life.

Southern California Gas Company Compton HQ
This 4,000 SF renovation for the Southern California Gas Company in Compton focuses on enhancing the existing office space by incorporating new windows for better natural lighting, introducing varied materiality, and creating diverse workstations with varying levels of privacy. This ultimately resulted an improved office space, break room, restrooms, and locker rooms.
