T2 Tea – Melbourne Central

Landini Associates has reunited with T2, over a decade on from their first collaboration, to deliver a new concept store at Melbourne Central. The project is the first stage in a reinvention of the brand ahead of its 30th anniversary in 2026. WUUX | Retail Space of Zhima Health

After a night-owl drink, you feel instantly refreshed, start walking in the air all the way up to the ceiling along the twists and turns of the spiral stairs and in front of your eyes is unfolding a world that sees no end… While you chill out, you see four Chinese characters that read “Zhima Health” in front of a counter. That’s when you let out a sigh of relief, realizing what happened was nothing but hallucination. The first quadrant of OMA’s KaDeWe Masterplan in Berlin opens

Featuring a concentric void spanning six floors with wood-clad escalators crisscrossing throughout, OMA’s first quadrant of the masterplan for the Kaufhaus Des Westens (KaDeWe) is now complete. In addition, its exceptional 90,000 square meter size distinguishes it as the largest building of its kind on the continent.
