CASA MARIDIA
Casa Maridia is located in a consolidated residential fabric of coastal character, with a strong historical load and situated between the railway line, the sea, and two of the city’s most emblematic beaches. This environment is characterized by containing plots of medium dimensions and diverse shapes, mostly with private gardens, which developed and was built mainly during the second half of the 20th century.
In this context, the plot where the project is located presents an unusual configuration: a triangular half-moon shape that has notably conditioned its occupation. New Road Hotel
The Roca Group has created a stylish and elegant bathroom for a new boutique hotel in East London. New Road hotel based in Whitechapel offers a contemporary and stylish ambience and, according to its owners, is set to be the no.1 place for sleeping, eating, drinking and meeting. The bathroom is the epitome of modern design and luxurious comfort. Housed in a former textile factory in Whitechapel, this unique hotel has been inspired by the New York metropolis. Cortina Residence
The 270 apartments that make up Bucharest’s more exclusive residential project allowed Roca to devise different bathroom spaces that share the commitment to design and the care for the environment. Thus, the bathrooms of Cortina Residence incorporate an array of models ranging from the simple and fine lines of collections like Meridian, The Gap or Element in dual flush WCs, basins and freestanding baths, to striking designs with textured finishes and colored seats and covers like the Khroma WCs and bidets.
