Designing a domestic interior often means becoming "curators" of customers' private lives, knowing their needs, their wishes, and trying to address them. In this project of about 135 square meters, customers needed to create 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. In order to distribute all these spaces it was inevitable to allocate part of the surface to circulation space: the project planned to characterize this space by rounding the corners, on the one hand to make it more fluid, on the other to bring natural light into the center of the house.

Robots are replacing humans to do our repetitive tasks. Reliable and obedient, robots can perform their tasks meticulously over and over again. But what happens once this flawless worker starts to slack off? What if it loses interest in its daily routine, or simply drifts away into a daydream?
These thoughts became the inspiration behind Out of Order – an innovative LED light fixture that visualizes the transition from a repetitive robotic order to a disordered structure created out of free will.

TRANSIT
The doubly extendable construction (the tops and legs can be extended once or twice, separately from one another) of this new table, combined with the positioning of the legs, ensures the optimal number of seating places and maximum knee and leg room. The top has an organic shape which treads the middle ground between rectangular and round. This means that the table offers the best of both worlds: the practicality of a rectangular table and the sociability of a round table. When the table is extended by two leaves, it can seat no less than ten people. More
