Vesper Tverskaya
Vesper Tverskaya apart-hotel and residential complex is located on the Tverskaya street next to Triumfalnaya Square in the center of Moscow. It is an exceptional project that changes the aesthetics of life in a modern metropolis. Two buildings with apartments create a single ensemble, due to the common floors in the stylobate part, but with separate entrances.The buildings were designed by СПИЧ (SPEECH) architectural bureau led by Sergey Tchoban. The architectural solution masterfully balances between classical and innovative concept.

ART-PARK MALEVICH
Aim: To develop a concept of contemporary landscape park next to the Barvikha and Nemchinovka areas taking into account improvement standards for protected natural areas.

Solution: We started working on the park concept by studying the context and searching for the area identity. We found out that this territory is closely related to the name of the famous Russian avant-garde artist Kazimir Malevich who after 1917 often visited the neighbouring village of Nemchinovka and was inspired by the local landscapes. Residential complex near the Moskva River
The project is based on the desire to combine three key principles: the creation of infrastructure for living, a neighborhood atmosphere, and a green, eco-friendly environment. Urban spaces filled with lush greenery unite the neighborhood into a single area with a diverse landscape.

Social interaction is enhanced by the green framework, a multifunctional public area. Embankment in the Pavshinskaya Poyma
Basis studio has been working on the Pavshhinskaya Poyma embankment project for the past six years and is continually working on it. In the initial stage of the project, the studio held public hearings and worked actively with the residents of the area. Basis studio has received a lot of positive feedback from users of the public space thanks to civic engagement and the high quality of the implemented project. The architects managed to find common ground between residents and real estate developers and channel the situation in a positive direction.

Megabudka's Hospitality Center showcases the New Russian Style
The new Hospitality Centre in Kamenka, Lipetsk Region, Russia was completed by Moscow office Megabudka in their vision of the New Russian Style. The style is based on a rethink of the culture and values inherent in Russian architecture and mentality.

Ferrum 1 Business Centre among the first buildings in Russia to be constructed with a sculptural Corten steel facade
Situated on the historic site of the former Rossiya factory in St Petersburg, office building Ferrum 1 (Block 16) by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten is one of the first buildings in Russia to be constructed with a sculptural Corten steel façade. Corrosion-resistant and extremely durable, the characteristic rust-red patina and texture of the material give a striking and expressive appearance to the building. The name of the office building – Ferrum – is Latin for iron and references the material structuring the façade as well as the history of the former industrial history of the site.

A truly custom design, the house addresses the client’s ambivalence between desiring a contemporary house of luxury with high-end finishes, and a rustic, earthy cabin. TUMO Centre design based on the iPhone – minimalist, technological, and mostly, recognizable
When Russian architecture firm CNTEZ were commissioned to build a TUMO Centre for Creative Technologies in the heart of Moscow, the design brief called for a building based on the model of the iPhone.

Founded in Armenia in 2011 by an American entrepreneur, the TUMO concept is anchored in creating accessible learning for teens and young adults. Since then the brand has expanded globally with a mission of creating schools and education centres that specialize in technology, design, and applied arts and sciences. Sovremennik Apartments
Carefully restored neo-classical facades and a newly covered courtyard rooted in traditional Russian architecture are crowned by an expansive contemporary upper extension to this Moscow apartment block, which has been reimagined by London-based AI Studio.
Situated in the heart of Moscow within the historical “Garden Ring” road, the building was originally purpose built as an apartment block in the 1870s, but was promptly adopted as a popular local bathing house.
