Innovation Centre Utrecht
Danone Nutricia Research has opened a new innovation centre in Utrecht. With this new building, Danone will gather together the research activities carried out in the Netherlands, Germany and Great Britain, and give them the space to grow.
The new innovation centre was designed by the architect’s office Cepezed and developed by OVG at the Utrecht Science Park. The building has received the BREEAM design certificate for excellence. Danone was assisted by AOS Studley in the development of the concept. The interior concept was shaped by interior architect Chris Pachen.

Nuon Graphics Amsterdam
Project
On December 4th, 2013, NUON took over use of the existing 27,500m2 multi-storeyed building in Amsterdam South-East. This building which is called ‘New Amsterdam’ is now the headquarters of N.V. NUON Energy in the Netherlands.
The renovation of the building can be described as very significant and thorough: both the exterior and interior have been completely redone except for the concrete skeleton: open spaces have been arranged across several floors in the building, and a sixth floor has been added to the building. The building has been certified as BREEAM Very Good.
