THE POND HOUSE
THE POND HOUSE is a retirement residence project located on the edge of an original pond that serves as a natural water storage. The main intention of the project is to create a private, peaceful space, suitable for relaxation and fulfilling life after retirement, while also being able to accommodate family members, especially children who visit on holidays. The building plan is designed to emphasize an open view to the pond, which is located in the northeast.

Baan Pee Baan Nong is a project where the eldest brother wants to build a house for his younger brother and sister in an adjoining plot of land. Total land size of 2 plots 770 sq.m. (192.5 Square Wa) Located in Prachachuen, Bangkok to accommodate future family expansion. The usable areas of both buildings must be similar in size and suitable for the lifestyle of each person and must be sufficient for different needs. My brother's house needed a parking space and a garage for storing collectible cars. The sister's house needs a workspace, writing books, and room for mom and dad.
