Baan Pee Baan Nong is a project where the eldest brother wants to build a house for his younger brother and sister in an adjoining plot of land. Total land size of 2 plots 770 sq.m. (192.5 Square Wa) Located in Prachachuen, Bangkok to accommodate future family expansion. The usable areas of both buildings must be similar in size and suitable for the lifestyle of each person and must be sufficient for different needs. My brother's house needed a parking space and a garage for storing collectible cars. The sister's house needs a workspace, writing books, and room for mom and dad.

The layout of the building and the usable area The design of the building layout has a shared area and the widest area. The two buildings are placed close to the edge of the land on both sides to create a common area for socializing and to build relationships between families (Chan). The area also has a relationship in terms of view, including helping with ventilation. The placement of large trees to provide shade during different times of use. The building communicates with simple architecture, communicating directly with the usable area. The building is blended with the use of space perfectly with the project's land fence. Privacy is created and the building is connected inside and outside, opening up to each other.

The living room area can be seen through the open space and the view that connects the building. The space under the stairs is used for storage and a wine room. When walking to the second floor, the bedrooms and work rooms have a view of the Chan. The exterior of the building consists of solid walls and skins. The skins are folded steel sheets that are painted and overlapped to help block some of the room and bathroom. The skins help ventilate the outside. The inner opening can be opened at all times.
