10 Design completes Jinwan Huafa IBC
International Architecture Practice, 10 Design (part of Egis Group) is pleased to announce the completion of Jinwan Huafa International Business Center, an iconic landmark as well as growth engine of the Jinwan District in the coastal city of Zhuhai, China.Located on a prime waterfront site in Zhuhai, China, the 172,033 sq m International Business Centre (IBC) is a mixed-use complex comprising hotel, office, serviced apartment and retail spaces.
As part of the 3.8 sq km masterplan of the new Jinwan Aviation City, IBC is the third project that 10 Design has created for Huafa Group in the district. The other two developments include the Industrial Services Centre and Jinwan Mall which sits across the Jinsha Lake.

MIXC SUNGANG
International architecture practice 10 Design (part of Egis Group) has successfully converted a former warehouse site into a retail-gastronomy destination, marking an important milestone for the ongoing transformation of the Sungang industrial area.

10 Design was commissioned to reimagine the site into a 78,890sqm retail and F&B space topped with two Grade-A office towers. As part of the urban regeneration plan, the masterplan also includes residential and serviced apartment towers, resettlement housing and public amenities.

Sailom house uses perforations to achieve environmental comfort while adding a new dimension to the architecture
Located in Bangkok, Thailand, Sailom house by Anonym houses members of three families in a four-storey concept that mimics the look and feel of a serviced apartment with amenities that each family member can use freely and separately on each floor.

The first floor contains common area uses such as the living room and kitchen while the upper floors include bedrooms, additional living areas, and a small pantry/storage area.
