A.   Project Overview 　　The planning for this project was developed by architect Mao Shen-Chiang. The design is based on pure geometric elements, defining three types of modules. These prototypes were designed to meet specific functional needs and then stacked, interspersed, and rotated to fit the overall spatial proportions. 　　This reception center, established for the architectural planning of the Cing Jing Lin Group, is located in the Tainan High-Speed Rail redevelopment zone. Nur commercial project is located on a 790-square-meter land near the main road of Noor city between the sea and the Sisangan jungle. Considering the accessibility and landscape The land has special situation. The client request was to establish a recreational/commercial hub on this land. According to the subject of the project, the typology of Iranian BAZAR was studied. In these studies, the design team emphasized on two issues. The first issue was Iranian traditional bazar program and the other one was Iranian bazaar voids/in between spaces. La Habana, a new resort-like condominium is only 250 meters from the ocean and nearby the Cicada and Tamarind night markets. Architectural Office “BiroPlus” from Vrsac, has opened a branch office in the center of Belgrade, municipality of Stari Grad. For that occasion, a twenty-seven- year-old architect, who had started her architectural practice in this office with a long tradition in designing, engineering and consulting, was hired as an author of the project. She was given full support by the team of the employed engineers.The new office space, which is also a kind of showroom, is located on the ground floor of an object dating from 1962, in Dobračina Street. Mercedes Benz AMG Digital Showroom built in Istanbul, Etiler has been designed by Boytorun Architects to make a significant impact in a small area as a "strong presentation of space". The indoor working areas have been designed in line with the utmost life/working quality without interrupting the connection with the day light and fresh air.
