Commune Work & Live occupies a dual-programme brief within Rose Apple Square, Siem Reap. Designed in partnership with Urban Living Solutions, the project brings together a co-working facility and a co-living component within approximately 2,000 square meters and a single address. Both programmes are guided by the same principles: collaboration, focus, connection, and contemplation.

Urban Living Solutions Headquarters
Urban Living Solutions required a headquarters that could reflect its working culture, support a team's daily rhythm, and adapt as the business evolved. The 275 square meter workplace, located within Rose Apple Square in central Siem Reap, answers that brief with a straightforward material language, a modular design logic, and a spatial layout that balances focus with collaboration. Rose Apple Square is a mixed-use destination combining residences, retail, co-working, and cultural facilities. Positioning the headquarters within this environment places the office at the intersection of community and commerce in a city that is rapidly developing its commercial real estate sector.
