Dexter Yard
SkB Architects has designed Dexter Yard, a new 540,000-square-foot building in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, Washington (USA). Scheduled to open in late 2020, the 15-story building will comprise a pair of towers—each 175-feet-high—and provide 515,000-square-feet of lab and office space, and approximately 25,000-square-feet of ground floor space devoted to retail. A pedestrian through-block passage will offer access to retail, office elevator lobbies, and an open gathering space, as well as serve as a vital pathway connecting the South Lake Union neighborhood and Lake Union. The demolition works had already begun before the design stage started. We had to agree to two premises that were requested from the client. First, the roof material which was going to replace de existing one, already worn out, and second, its final height. Since this premise, corrugated black metal was the starting point of the Project. This mixed use demanded a proper articulation between the public and the private program. During the day, the Soccer courts are used by the school students while at night, rented for public use. Therefore architecture should respond to these changing demands. Lobby, Amsterdam ArenA
Ajax legends are welcoming visitors at the lobby in the Amsterdam ArenA. De big photowall is filled with some Ajax legends. On the left side there is a desk for visitors. The desk has two different heights, one for standing against the desk and the other just for quick deliberating. The desk has a luxury finishing with white carrara tiles. More

Stade de Soccer de Montréal 2
Completed in 2015, the Stade de Soccer de Montreal is an award-winning addition to Montreal’s sports culture. The facility is situated along the edge of a former quarry that is currently in the process of being transformed into a nearly 500–acre ecological park – soon to be the largest urban park in Montreal. Saucier + Perrotte Architects designed the extraordinary building to celebrate the landscape it sits on and the multiculturalism of the area. When charged with finding equally versatile interior design components that would meet both technical and aesthetic requirements, architects Saucier + Perrotte chose Banker Wire woven wire mesh.
