Foyer Pelletier Children’s Home
In a quiet residential street of Montréal-Nord, an existing six-plex has been transformed and extended to house two group homes for children aged 6 to 12. The project gathers these two units under one roof, completing the urban fabric with a calm, domestic volume that blends into the neighbourhood while offering a structured and protective environment.

Henri‑Bourassa Park Community Pavilion
Set within the redesigned Henri‑Bourassa Park, the new community pavilion forms the centrepiece of a broader transformation of public space in Montréal‑Nord. The project replaces a modest park facility with a generous, clearly articulated building that offers a visible point of reference for local residents and visitors.
