Ausserrothhof
The Ausserrothhof exemplifies the harmony of historical significance and modern architecture. Located in the sunny Italian village of Schenna, surrounded by vineyards, the listed farmhouse (dating back to 1775) was carefully remodelled, preserving its natural stone walls, small windows, and wooden parlour. A modern extension with precise, striking architecture complements the historic structure, using exposed concrete and local larch wood to reinterpret traditional styles.

VILLA HILDA
In the exclusive residential district of Merano, the project brings a historic villa from 1932, expanded in 1951 according to the design of architect Hermann Delugan, back to life. The goal was to preserve the identity of the house, respect its typological, aesthetic, and structural essence, and at the same time provide contemporary, comfortable living.

Mynt merano rooms – How to revitalize a vacant historic arcade houses in the historic city center?
The Mynt Merano Rooms project is located in the historic city centre of Merano in Italy. The existing building had stood empty on the upper floors for decades and was uninhabitable. In addition to the dilapidated wooden beam ceilings, the existing lighting situation was a particular structural challenge. On the narrow, long plot, the flats in the front half of the building were orientated towards the alley, while the rear flats were only lit via a light well and the communal stairwell. Prinz Chalet – Nature is smart!
The project Prinz 2.0 is located in Meran, in the Naif, between the existing hotel Prinz Rudolf and the campground Einsiedler.
The hotel owners had the wish to expand the hotel and wanted to offer their guests a new exciting alternative. The new structure is supposed to work independently from the hotel, but it is still connected with the main building in a functional way.
