Residenza B05

Residenza B05 is an interior architecture project in which colour is used as a design tooland as a spatial organizing principle. The layout is structured around a central corridor,from which the rooms unfold through a sequence of thresholds and visual transitions thatdefine functions without relying on rigid partitions. The corridor, conceived as the connective spine of the apartment, becomes an inhabitable space in its own right. A large custom-built wardrobe integrates the laundry area, while a burgundy ceiling and softly rounded corners guide movement and ease circulation, transforming a passageway into a lived-in environment. Aayushi Rawal Design Team: Mr Manoj, Kirti Viplove Jain Situated in the bustling central fabric of Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, this residence is shaped as much by its constraints as by its aspirations. The project occupies an inherited shell marked by tilted walls, intrusive columns, and an irregular spatial grid that unapologetically intrudes into everyday spaces. Clubhouse Apartment

The focal point of this apartment is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. We designed a compact island, a spacious dining table for 6-8 people and a cozy seating area for friendly gatherings. To maintain a sense of openness, cabinets with transparent fronts and dark back panels were chosen, and most of the furniture was raised off the floor with brackets or elegant legs. The wall colors in these rooms are intentionally darker than in the main space - dark surfaces appear further away than light ones. 3D textile facade for Hermès

The 3D textile facade creates the intimate atmosphere that expresses the brand's exclusive style. While being progressively transparent towards the sky to let natural daylight in, the gradient of denser weavings and folds mantles the clients in serene privacy. The adaptive architecture changes the sound, light and space that customers experience. At the same time, the appearance of the seclusion screen itself changes when clients move through the space and look from other perspectives.
