Monument House | Defined Through Reduction

Monument House is a residential concept developed around a simple question: what happens when a home is organized around what is removed rather than what is added? Rather than beginning with accumulation, more rooms, more square footage, or more visual complexity, the project explores reduction as a spatial strategy. At its center is a void: an interior garden that acts not as a feature, but as the organizing principle for the entire residence. The workplace design for Maersk Cambodia addresses the operational demands of a rapidly growing global logistics operation, expanding the office from 1,050 to 2,100 square meters to accommodate team growth and rising customer service requirements. The expansion is organized around a spatial strategy that prioritizes adaptability, technology integration, and long-term operational efficiency. Dubai Future Foundation Accelerators Space

The Dubai Future Foundation’s “Accelerator Space” sought to create a holistic brand experience across the Area 2071 technology hub to create a vibrant and productive space. The main purpose of the space is to host emerging technology start-ups that participate in accelerator programs in cooperation with the government and also private sector entities.
