Project Overview Following the delivery of earlier speculative suites at 99 Elizabeth Street, Kyko Group returned to Amicus for three further tenancies across Levels 2, 3 and 7. The brief was to extend the language of the existing fitouts so the building reads as a single, coherent workplace offering, while lifting the quality and leasing appeal of the new floors. Speculative suites must appeal to tenants who are yet to be identified. The design therefore needed to be contemporary and enduring, with enough neutrality to suit a broad range of occupiers.
